We wanted to thank you for the expedient and expert service you provided after our a/c went out last night--on one of the hottest nights of the year. Rob (sorry if I got his name wrong--we spoke while I was at work and the phone connection wasn't very good) arrived on schedule and quickly identified and fixed the problem (damaged heat pump capacitor and start relay). Additionally, he took the time to show and explain to my wife exactly what was wrong and what was done to make the repair. This level of service is why I only consider Beachside when we have problems or need maintenance on the system.
